What do I need to Book Online?

To make a booking online you need to have:

 

How do I get my User ID and Pin?

To get your user ID and PIN please email bookings@ledleisure.co.uk or contact your centre.

Please include your name, address and if possible, the number on the back of your membership card.

 

How far in advance can I book?

You can book online 24 hours a day.

  • Gold Members: 14 Days
  • All other members: 13 Days
How do I Pay for my booking?

When you book online, you are just reserving your slot. No payments are taken through the website (Coming later in the year).

So you will need to book additional players in and pay for your booking when you arrive at the centre.

 

Inclusive Memberships:

If you are booking for an activity which is included free within your subscription, you still need to report to reception when you arrive so they can record your attendance and add any additional players where applicable (eg squash).

How do I cancel or move my booking?

You can cancel or move your booking up to 48 hours* before the booking without penalty. (* 7 days for Tennis Centre Bookings)

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours (or 7 days for Tennis Bookings) you will be charged the full price.
